The Victory Hours

  The Victory Hours

The-Victory-Hours

In morning when most of us are hitting the snooze button, successful personalities like billionaire Naveen Jain, prime minister of India Narendra Modi, famous actor Dwayne Johnson & Akshay Kumar, Former CEO of Apple Tim Cook and ex-president of America Barack Obama wake up and spend quality time with themselves and improve themselves emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. Robin Sharma in his book ‘The 5 am Club’ calls the hour from 5 to 6 am as victory hour but i will tell you a routine from 5am to 7am, so we will call it victory hours. Do you also want to join these famous personalities and be the part of 5 am revolution? If yes, then you have taken the first step towards success.

Advantages of waking up at 5 am:

  •        Did you know that only 1% of population is able to wake up at 5 am and the rest 99% continue to lead their normal life and be the part of rat race? If you wake up at 5 am then you should be proud on yourself because you are the part of the 1% population who are concerned about their life and want to improve themselves.
  •       During the victory hours (which means 5am to 7am) 99% of population is asleep and there is no one around to disturb. You can utilise this time to focus and analyse whether you are not a part of useless rat race and wasting your life.
  •       Most of the population wakes up at 7am and if you wake up at 5am then you get 2 hours extra. So, if you utilise this time and try to make yourself only 2% better then you will be 730 times better version of yourself at the end of 1 year. This calculation shows that you will be 730 times better than your competitor and you will be likely to succeed.
  •       People who have a job can utilise these two hours to plan their day or to learn a new skill because when you come back from your job you are tired and no way in the condition to do these tasks.

How to use the victory hours:

Now the question arises that what will I do when I wake up at 5am. Let me answer this question, you have to divide these 2 hours into 4 sets:

  1.  In the first set which means from 5:00 to 5:30 am, we have to take care of our health by exercise. If you exercise early in the morning then it increases your focus as well as energy. Our brain generates a chemical called BDNF which reduces stress level and increases the production of neuro connections which results in tremendous amount of focus and energy.

  2.  In the second set which means from 5:30 to 6:00, we have to take care of our mind by gaining knowledge. We have to read books that will help us to achieve success faster and learn new. During this time we can also plan our day by making a to-do list or we can analyse that our actions are taking us towards our goal or not.

  3.  In the third set which means from 6:00 to 6:30 am, we have to take care of our soul by connecting ourselves with our maker by meditating and showing him gratitude. Meditation and prayer will heal you, it will relax your mind and will help you to take better decisions. Prayer gives you hope during the difficult times that even if the whole world is against you, you know that your creator is with you and will help you always.

  4.  In the fourth set we have to take care of our heart by connecting ourselves with our closer ones because it will improve ourselves emotionally and this practice will enlighten our day. Your family members will also get to know that how much you love them.

If we follow these two victorious hours rule for 1 year, we would have given:

·         182.5 hours to our health

·         182.5 hours to our mind

·         182.5 hours to our soul

·         182.5 hours to our heart

This habit will improve us and will help us to achieve success fast because you will be 182.5 times better version of yourself mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.

How to wake up during victory hours:

I know it is very difficult to wake up at 5am but I also have a very easy technique for this too. You have to follow this technique for 8 weeks or more. Every week you have to wake up 15 min early. For ex. If you wake up at 7am then first week you have to wake up at 6:45, 6:40 in second week and if you continue this practice at the 8th week you will wake up at 5am.  And when you will begin this habit, the first two weeks will be difficult, the next two weeks you may feel irritated but at the 5th week everything will be alright and it will become your habit to follow this victory habit.
